I would not of given 1 star. Worse experience ever!! I delt with a woman called Helen who made me think everything was in hand and my dad was being brought to the funeral serves on Monday and to bring his cloths to dress him to then be told by the wythenshaw brach that they new nothing about it and we are not able to book anything or bring your dad from the hospital without a deposit. Shocking the lady at the wythenshaw branch was lovely and decided to go with her due to the utter stress Helen put us through
