I honestly can't thank Nicol enough for helping me and my family through everything after losing our son. She made everything so much easier during the hardest time in our lives. She took a massive strain off our shoulders and once he was in her care, I felt a massive relief and knew he was going to be looked after. From our first meeting, all the way through she kept us updated and helped us feel comfort knowing he was going to have the best send off. Nicol and Lisa made our baby boys day so special, and us as a family can never repay what they done for us.

Brilliant service delivered by Nicol at AF Whites. We were treated with kindness and compassion throughout the whole process. Nicol was very interested in my deceased dad’s interests and as a result would sing his favourite songs to him when she was attending to him which was very comforting for us. Nicol helped us through each stage of the arrangements, never tried to sell anything to do us, but would advise what was on offer from pall bearers to flowers to transport. I am not local to the area but picked AF Whires randomly on having read some of the excellent reviews which were so absolutely well deserved. From the minute I met Nicole I felt as though she was going to look after us and our dad. She was so professional but extremely kind and personable. When we left our dad with her for the first time she said she would look after him and I felt as though she really meant it. From the first call to arrange her funeral, to bringing her ashes home to us and everything in between, the service received was exemplary. It couldn’t have gone any smoother at the most difficult time of our lives, and they kept in touch every step of the way.
