Before my wife passed away she told me I must use their service because we used them for her Mum and Dad which they handled beautifully. Throughout the process I was supported and given good fair advice. The build up was obviously hard but they made it easier, my Wife looked her usual Beautiful after the work completed there despite my Wife having been ravaged by cancer. On the day of the ceremony everything was perfect and I was again supported throughout. I cannot thank the Ladies and Gentlemen at The Green Funeral Services enough, they made the impossible doable.

Be very careful when issuing instructions to this group regarding the wishes of the person dying. They will not follow your dying wishes. Once you're dead you're forgotten and out of the way. Even if you put it in writing they will do otherwise. The last wishes of the one dying will count for nothing.

Caused us a lot of extra stress at an already traumatic time. We had to change to another funeral directors 4 days before my Father's funeral. Initial meeting was ok. No private room to talk to bereaved families, we were in a busy office. We were prepared to overlook that. There was no customer toilet, they send people to the pub across the road.
