I personally wishes to thank this funereal home for the excellent service my family have received. The staff are completely kind, professional and compassionate. I had traveled a long distance to visit my Aunt Shelia (Lawrenson) back in Nov 2024.. The staff offered endless hot drinks, biscuits and genuine kind words. I’m not local, but I would highly recommend this funeral home. Again many thanks..

Over the years, we have used the services of FW Marsh to arrange the funerals of both my dear parents and my brother. Most recently was for my mother, a dear and loving wife to my father, and a caring devoted mother/grandmother. She passed away 3 days after my birthday in November at willowbrook Hospice and with the help of Diane, Lorraine and Len in the billinge office they helped me to organise and plan her final journey there help made my mothers passing so much easier and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating . Nothing was too much trouble, and I was welcomed every day w

FW Marsh have been absolutely brilliant in dealing with my mums Funeral arrangements from start to finish respecting my mums last wishes right up until the end . My mum had a dignified funeral service with the family & friends she wanted to attend to celebrate her life . . I would like to say a big thank you to sue at the Billinge branch and Sandra at the Rainford branch for there kindness , empathy and tenacity during a difficult time . Thank you

From what i could gather, she was at the prescot branch, before being transferred over, my wife spoke to at least 3 different people during the week, who clarified this ( well, more or less anyway ) and although the problem with documents, transportation and facilities was explained to us and i totally
