I was delighted with the service offered and the way everything was handled for my precious Dad's funeral. Everything was perfect from start to finish and I couldn't fault anything. Jess and the team gave excellent service from start to finish when we had to organise my relative’s funeral from a distance recently. We decided on a church service - Jess liaised with the church and helped us consider every detail. Every detail of the day was covered in advance with the funeral manger. As a result all went smoothly and we were able to give our relative the funeral she deserved. We couldn’t have hoped for better service - thank you all.

We were so pleased and relieved that our relative had a plan in place to sort out her funeral. We contacted the Co-op Funeral Services at Hall Lane and was introduced to Jessica Simpson (Funeral Arranger). Jess was very supportive explaining what was involved. Our party was very small with people being on holiday and living down south. Jess managed to arrange a suitable date.
