From the first phone call at 4am to dropping us off at the celebration of Dad’s life, Karen and John provided incredible guidance and support, in a genuinely caring and respectful manner. We had a clear idea of the format of the service that we wanted for Dad and Karen helped us to coordinate all of the arrangements to fulfil these wishes and give Dad the send off he deserved. Whenever we had a question, Karen was at the end of the phone and she’d call to check in on us and provide reassurance that everything was in hand along the way.
