Things that went wrong at my Mum's funeral Staff at the Farnworth branch asked on three separate occasions what my Mum was going to wear. They said the repeating of the same question was fact checking & standard practice, the actual reason is they simply could not be bothered to remember what me and my Dad had said. The flowers I requested were not ordered by staff and this had to be sorted out the day before the funeral and we did not get the flowers we wanted. We were not told by the Farnworth Branch that we had to provide coffin bearers and had to sort this out only days before the funer

From the first phone call, me and my family were treated with warmth and affection from a very professional team. Never a nice experience to go through and we had never had to deal with arranging a funeral before but they were fantastic. Transparent, supportive, sensitive. Really put us at ease and we cannot thank you enough for the care you took of us and our dear mum. Lovely service, Sue was perfect, so personable and friendly. With thanks also to Sharon for support and kindness. We will be forever grateful for the lovely send off for mum.
