Can not praise them enough. "Front of House" were friendly, sympathetic and professional during three meetings to arrange details. On the day I can't fault anything - Funeral Director was fantastic, nothing too much trouble. Unobtrusive but there when needed (and knew when I was starting to break down...). Our driver was equally competent; nothing fazed him, including road works outside the venue for the wake (which had not been their earlier in the day). Highley Recommended

Sadly our experience of the Co-op funeral directors in Pemberton, Wigan was one of irreverence and contempt. We lost our mother in very challenging circumstances and Julie showed such a lack of professionalism and basic understanding that I felt compelled to write this review and warn others to avoid them at all costs. Having used funeral directors before that were family run businesses of many years standing, whose decorum and integrity showed in everything they did, I cannot emphasise enough the world of difference between them.
