My sister had previously arranged her own funeral so didn't really think we had much to do. When the time came we thought it would be straight forward. Thank God we had Jo and other staff members on hand. Jo talked us through everything we needed to do and made us feel so at ease with any questions we had. From picking her up from the hospice and all the bits in between to the actual funeral we couldn't have asked for anything better. My sister was treated with great respect all the way. Spotland bridge funeral services are excellent and this is the third time we have used them . From start to finish everything was sorted out at a most difficult time . Claire arranged to get our dad’s funeral organised early, on short notice, so that I could carry him , before I had a shoulder replacement the week after . Me and my partner are going to use them and all the family would highly recommend them.

I chose Spotland Bridge Funeral Directors to handle the arrangements following the passing of my father. The overall service they provided was exceptional. They guided me through the process as I had never arranged a funeral before. They were compassionate, understanding, and accommodating. I Iiaised with Sue, Claire and Jo and all three were a credit to their profession. Dad could not have been better cared for whilst with them and I will be forever grateful in the role they played from his passing to our final farewell at his funeral service.

The lady who organised the funeral for us Jo was superb. Extremely kind, helpful knowledgable and sympathetic to my situation. Never pushy at all but made very helpful suggestions. The lady who led the corsage, Yvonne was brilliant and did a superb job. I was very pleased and impressed with the service.
