Superb and caring service provided by the team at Radcliffe, at this difficult time. Great care was taken to ensure all our needs were fully met. Full support was provided throughout the whole process to make things as easy as possible for us. Really lovely staff provided guidance at every step and kept in regular contact to check we were ok and to ensure everything was lovely on the day. Very highly recommended.

I was told the payment for my husband's direct cremation hadn't gone through as their machine was playing up Altho it showed on my banking app My friend suggested we wait 3 days to see if it had gone thro as it pending on my account I was told that until they had the payment the cremation couldn't be arranged I paid again 3 days later as the first payment was still pending I was told in the unlikely event of it going thro twice refund wouldn't be a problem It did go through twice on 2nd and 6th of February Im still waiting for a refund I was told 14 working days it's now 25 and 14 since a f
