Not even worth one star...very inconsiderate...made mum's face more like a monster...hair not done...wrong colour lining on coffin...i changed to different funeral parlour because of this they gave mum's slot at crem away and wouldn't let other parlour have the coffin..so we had to wait another two days for chapel of rest and rearrange the whole funeral to a later date
