Excellent service. I wanted just a simple funeral for my brother Alan, and Jayne the funeral arranger at Wythenshawe went through the options and little details with me in a friendly relaxed way. Alan was let's say a one of a kind, liked his own company, but could be very funny in some of his ways. Jayne and I even had a bit of a giggle as I was waffling on about some of his antics from long ago. I had thought the meeting to arrange the funeral might be difficult and stressful but it was nothing of the kind, Jayne's empathy and professionalism put me at ease. Louise was amazing. She made the whole process a lot easier for us. She gave excellent advice, was very respectful and made us feel like she really cared about the funeral we wanted for mum.
