Paula/Holly from leech funeral care (co-op) were very kind and understanding throughout this difficult time for me and my family, in fact all the staff were, from collecting my wife from home this was done in a dignified/ caring way. Holly/Paula explained all the process to me and my family they managed a difficult period we had with my wife's GP practice in a professional way and I am grateful to them as I could not have done this myself. Paula and Holly were fantastic they made it so easy and explained everything from start to finish. I felt so at ease with them looking after my dad with respect and care. The process was difficult but with their help I navigated through the worst time of my life. It was a beautiful service he had the most beautiful casket and I will be eternally grateful for there empathy and compassion and for looking after Dad in truly a beautiful way.
