Helen, Michelle and all the team were absolutely amazing with helping us plan our Grandads ( Harold Sandiford ) funeral recently. Lovely, friendly team and so caring and compassionate. This is the 2nd time we've used Kanes and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant, if you can describe any part of a funeral as such. Paul Kane helped us through what was obviously a troubled time when my father's partner Irene passed away. His colleagues were very attentive and suitably attired, looking smart and respectful. The flowers he provided were wonderful (and considerably cheaper than other estimates, I know it isn't about money but it does count) as the other person writing before me says, 'we would definitely use them again' albeit hoping it is not for some time to come.

after contacting kanes funeral services and asking them to collect my beloved dad from the morgue i was as asked for 2,000 pounds on the day they went to collect him from the morgue. this hadn’t been mentioned before, i did tell them i had a policy about to pay out out and could prove it , said they wouldn’t collect him they wouldn’t collect him without 2.000 pound deposit and if they had mentioned this earlier this maybe could of been arranged. no one was holding my beautiful father to ransom i used anther funeral parlour who was more than fabulous and waited a day or so for full amount

Kanes arranged my Mothers funeral - Marjorie Gresty October 2018 The whole experience was first class from start to finish All the staff were more than helpful and guided us through the process with respect and dignity. The celebrant on the day delivered the best service I have witnessed. Could not have wished for a better send off.
