Mum didn’t want a funeral, and I was always worried that a direct cremation would feel impersonal and detached. I shouldn’t have worried. David and the team at Droylsden were beyond lovely at a really difficult time. I felt really involved and they were so helpful with details like music and what to do with her ashes. Everything felt important to them, because they knew that it mattered to me. Thank you

Liv at the Droylsden Branch was kind, respectful and understanding throughout. She really made me feel at ease at such a difficult time. David also was very supportive. It would have been a 5 star had it not been for quite a serious case of miscommunication with another member of staff regarding the wording on the plaque of the coffin. Other than that they have been brilliant.
