From the moment we informed Co-op funeral directors about the passing of our late brother Stephen we had our own dedicated person to go to, Diana. Diana was absolutely amazing from the start of organising Stephens funeral to the end. Despite Stephens already having a funeral plan, Diana filled in the gaps..Nothing was to much trouble. She went above and beyond. Her empathy and compassion was amazing..Diana designed Stephens order of service like he wrote it himself, being a massive man united and elvis fan. He would have loved it... Thank you so much Diana - we really can't thank you enoug

I wanted to bring him home so my son in law took m

Our brother Steve died on 15/12/25 and could not have his funeral until 16/1/26 so they have had to care for us through Christmas and into the new year. We were treated at all times with compassion and thoughtfulness and with dignity and respect. Also Diana went above and beyond personalising the order of service with Man Utd logos and pictures of Elvis Presley which was Steve's big loves in life, also the hearse staff wearing Man Utd sca
