My Father-in-law passed away at home on a Saturday morning. He had purchased a Burial Agreement with another Company. Their agreement didn't start until after the Coroner had finished their investigation. Because he had to be seen by the Coroner we needed someone to care for him until the following Monday. I call Zoe of S G Gills. She was brilliant. She was able to make arrangements for him to go into their care within 90 minutes. On the Monday morning she contacted the Coroner to inform him they had my Father-in-law in their care. He was in their care until the Wednesday. She kept me informed

Unfortunately, it seems this company is excessively over-priced. As a local director, they received one of my first phone calls, but I soon discovered their pricing was almost double that of other directors in the area. For example, they charge £1,550 for a horse and carriage (cost price is £750), meaning they profit from this service to the tune of £800 - despite already making a 50%+ margin and only needing to make one phone call to arrange it. Their total cost came in at over £6,500 based on my requirements. Eventually, I received a BEAUTIFUL service, including everything, for under £3,50
