Micheal and his team are amazing from start to finish. I don't know what I would of done without Michael's guidance. Micheal took great care in looking after my beautiful mum, he is considerate, empathetic, kind, compassionate, and very informative and my late mum would of loved him, as so did we as a family. From the moment we contacted Michael (Harold P. Heywood) our mum was looked after and cared or with the utmost respect, dignity and gentleness. We followed mums wishes for a no fuss unattended cremation. some family members struggled with this idea as they felt it wasn't a proper send off.
