Our Dad passed away in early January 22 after a battle with cancer. We knew we wanted to use S Wellens & Sons as the service they provided for our Mum some years ago was so caring and they really looked after her. The service is the same today. The service and costs were explained at the beginning. They communicated in a caring way that you felt they were part of the family. We were treated with dignity and respect. We chose Wellens for my dads funeral because we had used them previously. They make everything very easy and straightforward, every time I contacted them they answered my questions very quickly (I was always amazed at how quickly they did this, even when I contacted them initially on a Sunday they were there and helpful). From the day my Dad passed away to the day of the funeral (11 days) the staff at Wellens were absolutely amazing. There was a funeral plan in place so i suppose things were a little easier. We were so worried about visiting Dad in the chapel but there was nothing to worry about, they did a marvelous job, we'd not seen him that peaceful in a long time. Thank you.
