YOLO recently conducted the funeral send off for my dear friend and colleague Nathan and they were fantastic from the start. They captured his personality perfectly xxxx The flowers were out of this world, Zoe and co were extremely friendly helpful and empathic, nothing was too much trouble from the detour so we could pass his house on route to chapel to bringing us back to Abbotsford. They made what can be an upsetting ordeal stress free and seamless l will not hesitate to recommend these if you’re looking for a funeral directors with a personal touch.

The service and support we received from YOLO was perfect from start to finish. We were guided through things with clarity and care, making a tough situation as easy as it possibly could. On the day, staff were dressed excellently, punctual and extremely compassionate and communicative. It's never easy organising a funeral, but I wouldn't recommend anyone else than these guys. From the moment we stepped inside we knew this would be the right place to use to sort out mum's funeral as it felt very homely and welcoming. We knew that mum would be looked after. Leyton was friendly and made us feel at ease helping us through every step in planning mum's funeral. We were able to spend an evening in the funeral home as a family with mum to say our personal goodbyes, this room had more of a feel of a living room. The funeral was very much a celebration of mum's life with Leyton and the team playing a massive part of that, their professionalism as well as kindness and the car
