Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . You dealt with my step father’s funeral with the most empathy and respect from picking him up in Telford hospital to have him buried in swinton which my mum and him wanted .from dealing with him being buried in a grave plot nearest to his own parents , bag pipers and the little church and music and a lovely framed photo my mum has kept ,you were all amazing and my mum at 81 still talks about it so thank you very much your all amazing x
